A certified notary will arrive on-site with a table and two chairs, fully prepared to notarize every valid document within your business. This service includes up to 2 hours of notarizations—bring as many customers and documents as needed during that time. Travel and administrative fees are included. Ideal for: • Large-volume notarizations • Convenient on-site service for staff and clients • Efficient document processing without leaving your location 🛑 IMPORTANT: Please ensure all signers present an unexpired state or federal photo ID and are signing willingly, without coercion or duress.***
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow the link in your confirmation email. All cancellations are subject to a verified response from one of our representatives. * Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees. * No Cancellations or Refunds on same-day appointments. Fee Schedule (Refunds on Cancelled Appointments): ~ No Fee due * Appointments that are canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. ~ 100% Fee due: • Appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice; • No-shows and same-day appointments. No cancellations on same day appointments; • If the Notary is unable to perform notarizations due to an unwilling signer, inadequate or invalid ID, or the principal clearly does not understand or demonstrate the mental capacity required to authorize the notarization, the full fee is expected, and is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
