About This Service
Enjoy professional notary services in a comfortable, convenient office setting. In-office appointments are perfect for documents such as travel consent forms, adoption paperwork, divorce documents, and more. All documents are welcome, just be sure to select the correct service when booking so we can reserve the proper time and pricing for your appointment. The base booking fee includes: * One notarization (Texas state-regulated fee) * A reserved in-office appointment time and administrative support * Additional notarizations are $10 each 📌 Walk-ins are not available at this time to ensure every client receives timely and dedicated service. 📌 Appointments are required. Same-day appointments may be available, simply check our online calendar for the the time that works for you. 📌 Witness needed? Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so proper arrangements can be made. ✅ A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required at the time of signing.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow the link in your confirmation email. All cancellations are subject to a verified response from one of our representatives. * Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees. * No Cancellations or Refunds on same-day appointments. Fee Schedule (Refunds on Cancelled Appointments): ~ No Fee due * Appointments that are canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. ~ 100% Fee due: • Appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice; • No-shows and same-day appointments. No cancellations on same day appointments; • If the Notary is unable to perform notarizations due to an unwilling signer, inadequate or invalid ID, or the principal clearly does not understand or demonstrate the mental capacity required to authorize the notarization, the full fee is expected, and is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
