About This Service
Priority Mobile Notary offers in-person completion of Section 2 of the Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) for employees and their employers. As an authorized representative, we verify the identity and employment eligibility documents of the employee and complete the required fields on behalf of the employer—although no notarization is actually required, this service still ensures accuracy and compliance. This service includes: ✔ Identity and employment document verification ✔ Completion of Section 2 of Form I-9 ✔ Delivery of completed form (printed or scanned/email) ✔ Travel to your home or agreed location to complete the I-9 form Ideal For: • Remote employees • Out-of-state employers • HR departments needing authorized agents 📆 Duration: 20–30 minutes 📍 Service Area: Includes travel within Collin County; additional fees may apply for extended travel. Please have the following items available: * Unexpired Identification documentation from List A OR * A combination of documentation from List B and List C is required. 🛑 IMPORTANT: Please bring your original ID—copies or expired documents cannot be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow the link in your confirmation email. All cancellations are subject to a verified response from one of our representatives. * Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees. * No Cancellations or Refunds on same-day appointments. Fee Schedule (Refunds on Cancelled Appointments): ~ No Fee due * Appointments that are canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. ~ 100% Fee due: • Appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice; • No-shows and same-day appointments. No cancellations on same day appointments; • If the Notary is unable to perform notarizations due to an unwilling signer, inadequate or invalid ID, or the principal clearly does not understand or demonstrate the mental capacity required to authorize the notarization, the full fee is expected, and is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
