Once the Apostille has been issued and delivered to the client, the following policy applies: SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY • Our role is limited to assisting clients with the preparation, submission, and retrieval of documents for Apostille certification. • The Apostille itself is issued solely by the U.S. Department of State or the applicable Secretary of State’s office. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCEPTANCE ABROAD • Priority Mobile Notary is not responsible for how any foreign government, embassy, consulate, or receiving party reviews, interprets, or accepts Apostilled documents. • Requirements may vary by country, and acceptance of a document lies entirely with the receiving authority. DOCUMENT ACCURACY AND ELIGIBILITY • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the documents submitted for Apostille are accurate, complete, and eligible for authentication. • We cannot alter, amend, or validate the legal content of client documents.
