This service is ideal for: ✔ Proof of Residency ✔ Immunization Records ✔ Medical Exemption Forms ✔ Sports Participation Waivers ✔ Parental Consent Forms ✔ Affidavit of Guardianship ✔ School Transfer Documents Pricing: • $25 – First child (includes travel and all required forms) • $10 – Each additional notarization 📍 Service available for families enrolling in: Allen ISD • Frisco ISD • Lovejoy ISD • McKinney ISD • Princeton ISD ✅ A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all signers.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow the link in your confirmation email. All cancellations are subject to a verified response from one of our representatives. * Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees. * No Cancellations or Refunds on same-day appointments. Fee Schedule (Refunds on Cancelled Appointments): ~ No Fee due * Appointments that are canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. ~ 100% Fee due: • Appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice; • No-shows and same-day appointments. No cancellations on same day appointments; • If the Notary is unable to perform notarizations due to an unwilling signer, inadequate or invalid ID, or the principal clearly does not understand or demonstrate the mental capacity required to authorize the notarization, the full fee is expected, and is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
