About This Service
Sending documents abroad? Our Apostille Service ensures your paperwork is properly certified for use in foreign countries. We manage the entire process—from notarization (if needed) to state authentication and secure delivery. This service includes: ✔ Document review ✔ State-level Apostille authentication ✔ Standard 5–7 business day processing ✔ Return shipping (standard or expedited) Base Fee Includes: • 1 document • 1 notarization Add-Ons: • Additional documents: $50 each • Additional notarizations: $10 each • Expedited service (2-3 business days): $195 ⏳ Processing time: Varies based on service level. 📦 Note: Package pricing may be adjusted after a full document review during our appointment. 📍 If Priority Mobile notary is requested to provide a witness for your document, a 24 hour advanced notice will be required. Cancellation Policy
At Priority Mobile Notary LLC, we are committed to providing accurate and timely facilitation of Apostille services in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of State and individual state Secretary of State offices. Once the Apostille has been issued and delivered to the client, the following policy applies: SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY • Our role is limited to assisting clients with the preparation, submission, and retrieval of documents for Apostille certification. • The Apostille itself is issued solely by the U.S. Department of State or the applicable Secretary of State’s office. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCEPTANCE ABROAD • Priority Mobile Notary is not responsible for how any foreign government, embassy, consulate, or receiving party reviews, interprets, or accepts Apostilled documents. • Requirements may vary by country, and acceptance of a document lies entirely with the receiving authority. DOCUMENT ACCURACY AND ELIGIBILITY • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the documents submitted for Apostille are accurate, complete, and eligible for authentication. • We cannot alter, amend, or validate the legal content of client documents. COMPLETION OF SERVICE • Once an Apostille is issued and delivered, our service is considered complete. • Any disputes, delays, or rejections from a foreign authority are outside of our control and responsibility. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Some countries may require additional legalization steps (such as consular legalization or translation services). It is the client’s responsibility to confirm and fulfill these requirements prior to submission or discuss the need for additional services prior to or at the time of the initial appointment. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree that Priority Mobile Notary is not liable for: • A foreign country’s refusal to accept an Apostilled document. • Additional legalization or translation requirements imposed by a foreign authority. • Delays, errors, or rejections caused by government agencies, couriers, or mailing services.
